I called Rivel after the server to my office suddenly stopped working. Ryan - the owner, who happened to pick up the phone on his day off - was extremely helpful and came down to the office to help me resolve the issue and get my office back and running. He was incredibly kind, thorough and reasonable in cost - and did not make me feel like I was being ripped off despite my obvious emergent situation. Dylan was very responsive to our service needs. He immediately recognized that there was a potential problem before he left to go o work; contacted me to confirm. He then diligently addressed the issue keeping me updated throughout the process. The repair was promptly completed.
