Great service that Marla and Fred provides! And my experience with them was great. Me and my partner spent weeks looking for places before we came across Rentersland. Marla and Fred showed us 2 apartments and we loved one, ended up taking that one! The process was easy, they are very informative and will go through the whole process with you (application, screening). These guys do REAL screenings, they look at everything, they are not quick to deny people. They want to help good tenants get quality places. Their website is great also, they post the listings of apartments they have available for showing and you can also create a user profile as well. Highly recommend them!

Definitely recommend this company. I found out about RentersLand by inquiring for an apartment on Trulia in March/April I believe. Marla, who by the way is an amazing person; I explained to her what area I was looking to move, how many bedrooms. She offered many, many options for me and my family. I decided to move forward with my decision after being disappointed with one realtor company. She explained to me that it will take about 1-2 months for the apartment to be fully gutted and renovated which I was absolutely fine with. I then met her husband Fred; Also amazing, he showed me the wonderful spacious apartment being the renovations and kept steady communication about the progress of the apartment. If there were any issues or concerns I had, he or Marla made sure they were taken care of before hand. They both promised me the apartment was going to look fantastic and that was a promise that wasn't broken. If I can recommend any realtor company it will definitely be this one. - Ian

I have to say, I was blown away that their Representative Marla answered the phon at 5:50am! I could not believe that a rental agency was open 24hours! But to my surprise, she was! I told her what I was looking for and she excitedly, at 6am now, began helping me! She is wonderful and made my experience, dare I say.. Fun! Marla is AWESOME!

I will definitely use this company again and refer this company to others I know how are moving. The main reason is that they understand realistically. They judge renter applicants based on their personality and not just your typical credit score or rental history. If you have multiple evictions on your record, God help you, but if it's just one or two court filings, or maybe an eviction or two that is old (depends) they will give you a second opportunity to prove your worth as a tenant by screening you and "feeling" you out by meeting you in person. I feel bad for the other land lords that have poor screening techniques. Renters Land is by far my "rental savior"!!!!

Marla is the best at her job she has made me and my family so happy & pleased ,she's extremely attentive to what you want & she strives to provide for your comfort . I will forever be grateful to her. I've been looking for the past 2 years I called her within weeks she had the job done wonderful agent you must use her!!!!!!

As a Landlord in North Jersey area I use rentersland. Its an amazing tool. I use Home Advisors to find contractor for repairs, i use Angies List for finding cleaning people and now I use RentersLand to find my tenants.
