Called to inquire about something and the customer service over the phone was enough to make me come in the same day. Once arrived, he listened to what I needed and I was out of there within 15 minutes. I appreciate the professional and speedy service. I definitely will be back.

After calling several other shops with no luck, I called Shirticap but they weren't open yet. I didn't leave a message, but Jean saw the missed call and called me back! Asked him if he could do a last minute T Shirt that I could pick up that day and he asked me to send the logos. He said no problem and he would have it ready for me later that afternoon. I was so thankful!! I stopped in before I picked it up to go over what I wanted and he put it together on the computer right in front of me. He was amazing and so helpful and so friendly!!! My daughter then called him to ask if she could order the same shirt and he added that to the order. The shirts came out exactly as we wanted and we picked it up in a few short hours!!! How nice it was to do business with an establishment who treated us with such kindness even though we weren't buying in bulk and needed them in a rush! Thank you, Jean and Shirticap! We will definitely use your services in the future when needed!!!!

We ordered three custom t-shirts for a special event for the American Heart Association. They are absolutely gorgeous! The fabric is high quality, the design is crisp and professional and the cut is flattering. The staff handling my order was kind and responsive. I was on a tight deadline and they delivered the t-shirts on time right to my doorstep. I will definitely order from ShirtiCap again!!!

The best service in town. Came about an hour before closing with no particular design in mind, and the owner took his time and designed the perfect shirt . Definitely made to perfection.And let's not forget the quality of the shirt, top tier. Check them out for all your Custom needs, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Great end results however your order will most likely never be done on time. Twice I've had shirts made by these guys and there has been a delay both times. They won't call you to notify you if there are any delays until you go to pick up your order on the promised date. You basically have to call these guys to remind them to get to your order. Otherwise, perfect results.

Everytime I order from them, days or sometimes weeks in advanced. They are never ready! Then when I come to the store to pick up (after the say it's ready) they have me waiting for 10-20min while they claim to be working on it. The most recent issue is our daughter's birthday party t-shirt, which was supposed to be ready because they said they had the size and color I needed. When I arrived, the shirt wasn't ready, they didn't have the color they said they had, and he didn't recommend any alternative colors. Which tells me they never even bothered to look at the art my wife sent them. The only thing I will say is they are polite when I go to the location. But as far as service and accuracy - they get a 1 star! I highly suggest they pay more attention to the clients that support and purchase 3 items as much as they pay attention to the clients that purchase bulk items! Because the last 4 times I've been there, I am not impressed! Very unhappy! Since my last review my wife and I have seen a huge difference in customer service and I am very happy with the last couple visits to this location. They were very helpful and had everything ready for us when we arrived. Thank you!

WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE? I don't know what you are looking for? QUALITY? PRICE? CUSTOMER SERVICE? HIGH QUALITY PRINTING? TALENTED ARTIST? You get it all at SHIRTICAP. They are not only the best in town, they are the best on the Island. I had ordered a hoodie for my niece ON LINE for Christmas. It didn't arrive until the end of January. The quality was poor and it didn't look anything like what was pictured on line. I decided to have a hoodie custom made for my niece. I went to two different embroidery places before I found SHIRTICAP. Both previous places couldn't create the design that I had asked for. I found Jean. He said he could do it. I picked out a lavender colored hoodie with purple embroidery stitching. The quality of the hoodie was top notch. Jean's talent, patience and knowledge is also top notch. I can afford to go anywhere. WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE? My niece absolutely loves her hoodie. She's 15. She constantly gets compliments. THANK YOU JEAN
