I had a simple question and T-Mobile was completely useless, and they sent me to this place. They helped me in about 2 seconds flat and taught me something I didn't know about my phone. Great guys, very nice, and although I walked in feeling stupid and ignorant, they didn't treat me like that and I walked out feeling confident that I could fix this problem should it happen again.

The time it took to fix my device was absurd. When giving in my device, I got a couple of estimates depending on the problem my device had after diagnostics, and in the end, it was somehow the most unlikely and expensive one. Not only that but the diagnostics took over a week and It took over a month to get my device back, and I still paid an insane price in the end. Details of the repair were mainly "classified" So I really couldn't get a detail step-by-step as to how they fixed it and what was actually going on. They didn't even let me know the price of the "multiple" parts that they ordered. But at least in the end my device was fixed so they can get an extra star:)

Tried charging me $150 to turn my computer on. Took it there for a $75 diagnostics. I had to call them multiple times, they said they were in the process of fixing it. Called them a week later, they said that they were too lazy to even plug it in and they wanted a $150 cleaning fee for "dust". I attached a photo of my computer. Terrible store, don't go here if you value your time because these guys won't.

They sold me the wrong type of graphics card and wouldn't let me exchange it.

Fast repair of phone and they offer options.

They didn't fix the posting and now doesn't shut. Down correctly. "DesktopWindowXramSource OneDrive exe -Application Error X. The memory could not be read" Click on OK to terminate the program. Then asks for pin to restart. I paid $180 for this for this?

Red Barn built a specialized computer for intensive photo editing for me. The tech team including CEO were very helpful in making recommendations and communicating with us through out the build process. The team was also helpful in resolving an issue related to Microsoft Sign in and accounts after we had the computer home and set up. Calab was very patient with me explaining various aspects of microsoft/windows accounts and resolving that issue. The tech team was professional and take great pride in their work. The cost of a Red Barn build was competitive with other builders and very fair. This is the second computer Built Red Barn has built for me and I would recommend this Company to anyone who seeks a high quality computer that will be reliable for years to come. I am looking at my new computer as a work of technological art. The machine is powerful, quiet and exceeds my expectations.
