I recently worked with Brooklyn Digital Foundry to redesign my company's website and digital materials, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. From the start, communication was poor and the project was delayed multiple times without explanation. When we finally received the designs, it was evident that they did not use best practices in their digital designs resulting in extremely poor user experience. The design was difficult to navigate, confusing and unintuitive, making it impossible for our customers to find the information they needed. When we brought up our concerns, they were dismissive and unprofessional, refusing to make any changes or offer any solutions. It was clear that they were not interested in delivering a quality product or meeting our needs as a client. Overall, my experience with Brooklyn Digital Foundry was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the time and money and find a more competent agency to work with.
