I have been using Horizon PPC for almost 6 years now to promote my self storage business in Brisbane, Australia. I can't be more pleased with their commitment to my business. I, however, take responsibility for my business and realize that there are more factors besides Google Adwords that can affect my business results, but it is nice to know that my sole source of advertising is done so well and being constantly monitored. After all this time I still receive a weekly call from Jack to check how my business is going and to ask if I require any changes. I find this to be an incredible commitment by themselves to myself and my business and I appreciate their willingness to be so helpful and readily contactable, whilst making me feel like I am their #1 client. Mike and his team are the most personable and company I have ever worked with. The really care about your business and you. They tailor their response to who you are. You don't feel like you are talking to machine who is working of a sales script. They are real. They constantly checking if you are getting results rather then checking if "you sent the cheque yet". Like Danny Voth I was quite reluctant and sceptical when I received a call from one of the sales staff to introduce their "Guaranteed Google #1" service. However, they must have got me on a good day and I didn't hang up the phone, I am glad that I didn't. Mark made a promise of my business appearing on front page of google 24/7 for the duration of my campaign. I didn't really believe that this was possible. As prior to signing with Horizon PPP, I was paying per click and generally used up my budget in the 1st hour of the day. However, I did my research and they seemed legitimate and I thought I would give it a 3 month trial. I have just finished my second 3 month campaign and about to embark on my next 3 months. As I am in the financial planning business I was realistic with the number of referrals to come through each month. I must say that whilst the volume has not been high the quality has been pretty good and consequently the cost of marketing has been paid for 10 times over. Like the other comments, I have to agree that Jack religiously calls every week and checks on how the campaign is going and when things are slow he makes changes which generally yields results. Jack and the team at Horizon PPC have supported me and my business for the last couple years. Ive had annual growth and many leads through the exposure to my website they provide. The call me very week to make sure they are doing their utmost to satisfy my needs. Keep up the good work team.

Pushy and rude, keep calling us after sevaral polite requests to remove us from your call list. If they will not listen to us during the sales stage, I doubt it would be any better if we were a paying customer. Steer clear

Won't stop calling me. It's been going on for months. I asked nicely at the start, I've been put through to a manager to be removed from their calling list. I've even registered my number on the do not call registry in Australia because of this company. They still keep calling.

These guys will never take no for an answer. So annoying. One day I gave up and gave them a chance to give me a quote because they were so persistent. They came back with a list of keywords which I put into adwords forecast tool for the amount of $370 per month if I were to do it myself. They told me their price was $1700. I told them that I could get an Australian adwords manager to do my adwords for a 15% markup so why would I pay an overseas company a 400% markup to get the same job done. He kept saying that I would make money from the calls as 800 people are searching for those words. I explained to him that the average clickthrough is 5% at best. Which also means I'll get 40 clicks, however you would be lucky to have a 20% conversion rate for those clicks. Which means at the end those clicks may just equal 5 or 6 calls. This means an extra 3 jobs per mth at $200 per job would equal me losing $1000 per mth before even paying my staff. Guy then hangs up on me without even saying bye. Now they are still keep calling me and won't stop. Same spiel all the time, even though I tell them I already got a quote from them. Very annoying people and phone manner.

Horizon PPC constantly call me over and over again. The sales person is extreamly rude and is only interested in a one way conversation. It has now come to a point we're the calls are becoming to becoming harrassing. This company should take a good look at the way they try to do business cause harrassing people via telephone to try generate business is obviously not going to turn a profit.
