Fetch Wireless

This service works great, I fought with multiple different providers for over a week to get service in my home and I got hesitation and ghosted. Not with Fetch, Michael called and with great confidence informed me he can get me the service I am looking for. I was Alil weary about the price but to be completely honest with all the perks that comes with the router, it having a 12 hour external battery in case of power outages, the fact you can pack it up and take it with you when you go out of town and that I get great service throughout my entire mobile home even with my metal roof. I had no service in my house, I could barely make phone calls. No I can do anything on everything and not even bat an eye. Thank you Michael and Karl for getting me set up and getting me communication to the outside world when no one else could.

I was using another rural internet co for the last 5 years, and until i found Fetch wireless i was stuck with a company that was only interested in billing (they knew i was stuck with them). From the time i contacted fetch wireless (my contacts were Michael and Carl) was and is a delight i received call backs when they said they would, they were very prompt in sending the equipment and the setup was quick and easy. i now have 1 gig of internet speed (big change because for 5 years i never could get more than 20 download on the speed check). they are trustful and confident . Customer service is great and the customer support is great. I have had fetch wireless for several months now and I do see some technical problems with the internet going out at times during the day. During when that occurs I have to turn off and reset the modem other times I have to call customer support. Not sure if it's the lack in the modem or the cheese antenna that came with it. But when it does work it does great for watching tv and for the kids to video game.

I've had Fetch since they were just starting and you know how those things are, you are always a little leery going into it but my angst was misplaced for sure. In well over a year of service they have never gone down for me. I used them to work from home for the Commonwealth of PA until i retired last March. They have a new router that is well built and attractive. It is made by Skylink. For this area, near Commodore, PA, anything over 1MB/s is good, on a good day you might hit 2 1/2 MB/s with normal service. With Fetch Wireless....I just now hit over 27 MB/s . Incredible. I've had fetch now for almost a year or tech support is wonderful the office ladies are wonderful Hannah is great I've never had a problem getting ahold of him to get my internet service take care of I got first modem and it really didn't work in the house the next day they had one out I put put the old one in the box sent it back postage paid and the one that they sent me is like awesome you pay a little more but you can plug it in anywhere if you're out camping and you have a generator you can plug it in and you get service so if it's raining outside and you need service to the kids can watch a video or play their games I have never had an internet service where it's awesome where I can just pick it up and go I am very pleased with my service I had solar put on my house and I thought that was going to be a problem for the signal your service comes in great my daughter is upstairs and she gets service I get service from the at the front of the house and I usually have no problems unless like and it's cloudy day it might skip out every once in a while but my service is awesome anyone you don't use fetch is a foollike I said I can plug it in the car if I have a converter and I have internet service as I'm going down the highway what more could you ask for there's battery backup in case you have to have batteries you know it's it's a good program I pay a little more but I don't have to worry about wires going here going there to any of my any of my stuff I am very very pleased with their service and this is from Amy Perry

Great customer service and the most reliable rural internet out there! Hannah is so helpful and helped me with everything I could possibly need! If I have any problems with my service, I can contact her directly and she always takes the time to get me what I need! So happy I went with FETCH!

The router was easy to set up and it this does really good in areas that are in the woods off grid power supply it can be used with inverter does not use a lot of power. Customer service has been great thanks Fetch wireless

literally have bent over backwards for me to make sure my family has wi-fi in the boondocks we live in when no one else could! they communicate and work with you every which way! def will be using as long as the provide where i'm living! never had an issue ! thank you
