Odoo Buffalo

Overall a very competent suite of tools. Odoo implementation services are not great though. Instead of a trained technical person helping with real life implementation issues and customizations you get a glorified sales person who has to defer most of your questions to the real people. This of course uses your implementation hours twice as fast. If you have someone who is familiar with python and or databases, you can probably do most of the implementation yourself. The BSA role there could be replaced with something like the Project module, in which you can identify needs and get them in a queue with the development team. More developers less BSA's. BSAs are great for initial training of your staff, but this should be packaged and sold as that, training hours. Customizations and development hours should be handled by people who can actually accomplish them. Or use BSA's as the liaison, but this time should not be charged towards actual implementation. Haven't used third party developers but from what I hear they are hit or miss as well. Overall I would recommend Odoo to SMBs. Just make sure you have someone technically competent with databases and web design on your team.

I was really impressed with the Odoo platform. Chris Kotrides in particular was really helpful in quickly setting up a demo that thoroughly met all of my small business requirements, and effectively showed the adaptability and comprehensiveness of the platform. My follow-up questions were addressed quickly as well.

I have several sites hosted with Odoo and I find the interface extremely simple, allowing even beginners to create sites quickly. The free version is very comprehensive and perfectly meets all my needs. Additionally, the customer service is always attentive and resolves issues in no time ! The advisors are polite, clear, and friendly. I highly recommend switching to Odoo, I truly feel supported !

I'm highly impressed with the Odoo platform so far. It's diverse, feature rich, powerful, yet quite intuitive to use. The Odoo team has provided prompt and thorough support, and the training videos and documents have been on point and helpful.
