Wow! My expectations were low to be honest. The price seemed too low. The idea of real fire burning safety on our table outside was not something I thought we could achieve under $200, but yet it has. The couple that we entertained this evening will be purchasing one also. They were as impressed as we are. Good value. Great unit.

Yallll, I cannot say enough good things about this product!! It's compact but durable, safe to use indoors because there's no smoke or odor which I was initially worried about. I use it WAY more than I thought I would so it's definitely worth the price. And I swear every time I pull it out when hosting, my guests leave having already ordered one for themselves. Also- customer service was amazing which is a huge plus for me. Amazing brand, even better product. Don't think about it, just get one for yourself!!

This appears to be a decent product that has fallen into the hands of a disorganized business. I ordered 3 fire pits, they said the order shipped in 1 business day, but only 1 fire pit arrived. These were bought as Christmas presents. When I contacted them, they did not respond in 24 hours, but 3 days. They said they wanted to make it right, but they were sold out and the next ship date was January 20. Be very careful when dealing with these people. We were forced to scramble to find alternatives at the last minute (2 days before Christmas).

I love my fire pit! It is perfect for apartment living, I get to enjoy smores all the time now.
