Came in due to a situation in which I was locked out of my laptop, which was an emergency as I needed my laptop desperately for work purposes. Rich was super friendly and knowledgeable, and provided very fast service. I was given back my laptop the same day, all issues fixed. Had a great experience with them, and will definitely return here in the future when the occasion arises.

I have had an issue with my sky tech 2 gaming computer that I spent 7 thousand dollars on. It was having issues and I've spent weeks trying to figure out the issue with no results. I brought it to rich and he went above and beyond spend days figuring out what could be wrong. After a few days he did the impossible and now my gaming computer is now faster and is in perfect order . I want to say he was polite friendly understanding and went above and beyond. He takes his job very seriously. Plus his prices were very fair !!! Go see him If you're having issues !!!

I took two lap tops to be upgraded since they were very slow. Richard took the time to explain my issues and advised what needed to be done. He updated my computers in one day at a reasonable price.

A little late to the party on giving this guy review but I came in with an issue with my gaming PC. And the guy went above and beyond to fix my gaming PC. Runs a lot better now and I would definitely go back to him. Thank you again for helping me with my issue.
