SS Tech Plus

I cannot say enough about Samuel and SS Tech Plus. I ran into an issue when my computer got the Blue Screen of Death and needed to get it fixed. Called SS Tech Plus and spoke with Samuel. Samuel understood what I was dealing with and had me bring him my laptop to take a look at it. Samuel called me 2 days later and advised me on my options and even took the time to reexplain when I asked him several questions to make sure I understood everything. Ever since I've gotten my compute back it's been running great and for such a great price. Samuel's customer service is beyond compare and his repair work shows he takes great pride in his work.

My daughter had an issue with her laptop and it was a Saturday. She was headed back to college the next day. We contacted Samuel and he was so helpful!! He had us bring it right over and he basically dropped everything to figure out what was wrong and got it back to us the very same evening!! Can't say enough about his IT skills and his professionalism and his overall character! Strongly recommend him and is company !!!

I was hesitant to have anyone other than a family member work on my daughter's laptop, but Samuel was fantastic from start to finish! He is very professional and a pleasure to work with! He was able to replace the screen on her laptop very quickly and was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about what the process would involve. The price he quoted me was reasonable and still he was able to do the job for a little less than his original quote. called in for a hard drive issue samuel was so helpful and tried hard to help me he is a asset to your company he was so patient and helpful i figured out the problem but he was so determined to help such great customer service he deserves a big raise!
