Fran and her team were AMAZING!!! I found Fran on Upwork and I knew immediately from her Upwork page that she was a person that I wanted to work with and her and her team did not disappoint. They provided a quick quiz that allowed me to choose my preferred website and then they built two websites giving me the option to choose! What I also love is that they provided me with online tutorials on how to edit the website when needed. It was an AMAZING experience and I would definitely recommend them!

Fran and teamed stepped in to handle a delicate project where domains needed to be repointed and ensure things were accounted for on various ad and social media platforms. All went well and we were quickly up and running on the updated domain! She's easy to work with, super reliable and we plan to continue engaging with her on similar needs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY if you want to avoid nightmares!!! They could care less once they take your money. I've hired them on June 7, 2022 to build my website. This was quoted as a 7 week project max by Fran. That was not true, I stop hearing from them after 7 weeks, then that turned into even longer weeks. When I filed a complaint with Shopify, only then did I heard from Fran. She said that Emma who was in charge of my project moved into a new role in the agency as if that was an excuse. We are 15 weeks into it today and Fran did not care about the delay or the inconvenience it has caused me. I've asked for a refund and she refused to give it because of resources she said she put into it. I'll tell you, all they have provided was a logo which was too small to use for the website and a theme, that was it. Everything else was a dump from my previous website into the new one. There was nothing to it, in fact they struggled doing most things when you ask them. THEY ARE NOT EXPERTS TO SAY THE LEAST!

I loved working with this studio! There was some dead space in communication for a while and it did take a while for the project to be completed but I recognize that's what I paid for. By that I mean they worked with my budget even through it wasn't what they would normally charge and in the end I'm so happy with the result! They were great at responding when I emailed them as well. I was impressed by the immediate responses :)
