The application process consists of two assessments that they expect you to finish in a short amount of time (one was a 50 logic/maths assessment with 15 minutes to finish it). If you don't finish it, they'll reject you. They literally emailed me saying "Potential reasons for this could be that you didn't quite pass our assessments...".

For anyone who wanna apply for this company, please go through more info on Glassdoor. Or ask around people who applied to this place. As a job-seeker and a foreigner, it's hard to secure a job in a foreign country already. But my interview and work experience at this place was not pleasant. I got reached out shortly to do a project and the deadline is within few hours. They asked the rate. They assigned the work. But as soon as they received the project they just vanished until I wrote email to them. And the reply was, due to covid we are on hold for the interview. And then I never heard back from them. And neither did I receive the payment. For all the job-seekers, don't be too frustrated when you encounter an employer like this. We all deserve better. Find something else. Keep your eyes open.

This is just a bunch of fake reviews topped by some people whose time was disrespected. If you happen to be a customer seeking marketing, these guys are trying to pay someone 7.25 an hour to handle your needs. 15k a year isn't even a quarter of what the average google ads specialist makes.

They have so many unnecessary tests for interviewees... I mean, if the company and the salary is not as competitive as some tier 1 companies, they should know their place and have reasonable expectations for candidates
