Mindset Computer Repairs

Very nice knowledgeable people, just please do not make my mistake and male sure you take down serial numbers of your parts like SSD drives, Ram etc prior to bringing anything in that has to be dropped off at this Mindset store. Long story but a quick summary was that there was a mix up after leaving some expensive equipment and accessories. Ultimately I assumed it was at the end my fault. After an investigation by Samsung, the serial number of what I got back from the folks here was not the same, and I was out for a few hundred. Ultimately it was my fault not taking proper precautions, and I am sure it was not intended by Mindset staff to have this occur it was mistake.

Fantastic service.......Kris, Anthony and Adian......all the very best fixed my old Dell laptop in record time even though they were very busy.....I would use them before I would call anyone else.

Friendly and fast service. Like having a buddy who is good with computers but actually has the skills and experience to solve my problems. Willing to pay for this level of service. They updated an old laptop for me and salvaged a CPU drive so I could retain my photos and music.

Kris literally saved me and my brothers macbook. Insanely quick fix, it's literally better than it was brand new. Kris was fair as can be with price, and I will always be going to him for anything computer related. Not easy to find someone so trustworthy in an industry where everyone is out to make an extra dollar.

My MacBook's battery was shot and my laptop was dying with a 98% charge. I brought my laptop to Mindset back in August and Chris ended up having a compatible battery in stock, so he was able to have my laptop fixed up with a new battery in just two hours! The price was reasonable and much less than I would've been charged at the Genius Bar. My battery life has been great ever since. I was very pleased with my experience at Mindset Computer Repairs and I will definitely come back if I have any phone/computer issues in the future.

CEO laptop died at the worst possible time. Contact Mindset Computer Repair because it was nearby the office; explained the situation to Chris and he was just awesome to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problems. He recommended the best replacement laptop and the turn around time was amazing. The owner Kris and his team do an excellent job fixing my computers, setting up my server, creating/running my website and running my social media account. Would recommend using Mindset 10/10!!!!
