Initially, I was hesistant to respond to a LinkedIn Message regarding their website services, but I was just begining a very necessary update of our website so I decided why not. I provided them with a 28 page document of the content we needed to add and change, and asked for a quote pointing out I was a start-up with limited resources. The hourly based quote was extremely reasonable. I asked them to let me know when they we were about to exceed the number of hours and they did so. Based on how much work they had done, the challenges of transferring the domain from one party to another, and my ongoing content changes, I thought it very resonable to slightly extended the hours. True to their word ,they hit the new quoted hours (no upcharges, surprises, etc.) and the website moved from "science project" to a professional, ongoing business.

My SEO story is a long, windy emotional roller coaster. Long story short is my website was ranked #1 for nearly every key phrase or keyword on google. May 2013 we dropped to 10 and from their all the way down to page 4. I fired the SEO company I was using because they told me they could not help me. I hired another SEO company and it got even worse. I hired another SEO company still no improvement. I was recommended to Melissa and 620 solutions. After much hard work I am happy to say my website is on the first page of Google again. I did not think this was ever going to happen. But she made it happen.
