Astound Business Solutions

They lost my business phone number when I made the switch. One week without a phone. (the number on all our advertising). At installation, they also said the $500 gift card offer probably is not real (even though I showed two post cards) They promise 24/7 support, but I have had no luck reaching support for the past week. (just sat on hold for over an hour... Listening to a recording promising 24/7 support but didn't speak to anyone. At least Comcast calls you back or puts you in a queue.)

Samuel Phillips deserves a shout out! When he first took my call, I did not expect him to be such a great customer service agent! All my questions I had, he was able to answer. He helped me do the transfers of accounts. I would email him, I did not expect an answer because most agents would just ignore my emails, but Samuel respond quickly and timely. That was our way of communication since he provided me his email. I am considering getting a package deal with Astound because of Samuel. I have not experience great customer service yet until Samuel took care of me. Thank you Samuel for all your help!

Terri Jones in Business Solutions dept provided outstanding service. From having a welcoming demeanor, to offering constant support. It was because of the interactions with Terri that we decided to go with Astound's service.

Cliff is very personable and is so genuinely interested in helping customers. I am particularly grateful for his help in getting Astound out on a Saturday afternoon to assess our church's needs which were fixed before our Sunday service. Astound has the best Customer Service along with Chewy!!.

Something they DON'T tell you upfront...if you are selling your business and need to cancel your account, you have to call 30 days ahead, otherwise you are required to continue to pay for services for 30 days AFTER canceling your account. I was told "it's on our website". No representative ever mentioned this scam when I signed up for Astound business. So now I am paying for 30 days of service that I am not receiving. I will NOT choose Astound in the future.

Terrible customer service, terrible communications. They work great until you have to disconnect because you have to move. Then they'll make sure to squeeze every possible cent out of you. If this is not your forever home, I'd look for a different provider.
