Logical Net is a great company to have manage your tech. Their people are efficient and proactive. I feel comfortable with them handling my company's tech needs.

One star is the lowest that is allow if not I would have given 0 or negative number. Questionable billing as after two years of service I was hit with overage that was not part of agreement. Service manager prefers to blame customer for any problems. Internet service provider had agreement with IT so that all services ran through their system even though customer paid for said service independently from IT. Many of the protection for health care needed was absent. Can go on forever on concerns about company. My suggestion is when approached or considering services with this company turn and run!

Worked with Logical Net , as a customer, for more than 20 years. Terrific group of people. Service is above average plus. Techs on the help desk are excellent. Owner and leadership are very customer responsive.

I don't have enough good things to say about Logicalnet! Their staff is always attentive and helpful and their rates are really reasonable. I highly recommend working with them!

HORRIBLE company! Stay away! They will rip you off hard! Paid for security certificates for our website for nearly 20 years at $125/yr. Had many people question the security over the years (little padlock open on our site). Questioned them multiple times and they assured us we were secure but for a bunch of lame reasons, they couldn't get that little padlock to close on our site. Hired a new company for a website this year and they confirmed that we were NEVER protected. Now they are screwing with us on the transfer needed for our new website and to go with a reputable company. Considering a substantial lawsuit against this company! UPDATE: This company is still trying to bill us for services they never provided in the first place even after we went with a new provider months ago. Thieves!! UPDATE: they are still harassing us for the payment. They should be sending us money for not providing the service in the first place but we cancelled midway thru the year we paid for!! Wonder why they are looking for money in the first place seeing that their response here was that our business was with another company!?! Got two harrassing emails from them today. Avoid these people like the plague!!!
