I have been dealing with Minuteman Press for over 10 years. I have been personally dealing with Kaitlin Curran who is exceptional creative in all her work that she has done for me and my family ranging from invitations, signs, stationery, programs, the list goes on...She takes the time to go over all your needs and has always met my expectations and than some. Her customer service is amazing. Her and the staff at the Valley Stream location has always been pleasurable to work with. I refer everyone here!

Not only does the staff at Minuteman Press of Valley Stream produce amazing promotional products, but they're also REALLY helpful when coming up with solutions and ideas for our company. Minuteman Press of Valley Stream was able to print us blueprint specs for our new fire truck in the same day when we needed it in a rush! We count on them for any promotional items we need - they've done glassware, beach towels and even business cards for us. Make sure to visit the store and ask for Kaitlin or Phil - they're great!

We've had quite a few promotional items printed up for us by Minuteman Press, but our most recent order was really a home run! We visited Kaitlin and Phil with an inquiry on what kind of gift we should give away to our local volunteers and they instantly had ideas. Minuteman of Valley Stream produced a duffel bag for us that that we handed out as an incentive gift to our Fire Department's members. We received beautiful embroidered bags with name personalization, and our members could not have been more impressed with the gifts they received, while our Officers were impressed at the great price! Now our members have a place to put their medical supplies, their gear and a bag they can even use on some of our over night stand-bys. Great service, very fair pricing and such a speedy turnaround. We used them to print all the collateral for my father's funeral (programs, bookmarks, and large poster). I was very impressed and would highly recommend.

I have been using minuteman at Valley Stream for several years. I was very satisfied with the service and the product however, this last visit and purchase were terrible. I provided (Kaitlin) with a newsletter which did not have typos, she gave me a newsletter with several typos, the fonts were different, and smaller. I asked her to make corrections and get back to me so that I can proof read prior to making the purchase. I patiently waited 2-3 days before calling her, and she did not return my calls. I called her and emailed her, yet she didn't have the common courtesy of returning my calls, or emailing me. She finally replied to my email after I sent her an abrasive email. There are plenty of printing places, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff is amazing. Kaitlin always fixes all of our graphics and gets everything back super fast.
