This review is only as high as it is because the proctor on Saturday wasn't rude to me directly - but she was rude to the other people I was with. She was snippy and whenever they would approach her with a question she would rudely tell them that she needed a minute when all she was doing was walking from one room to the next. She also gave me this this dry-erase board (?) and never explained what I was supposed to do with it so I never used it. It was an okay experience, but I don't think people who are already stressed about taking big exams need to be treated rudely before going into them. Even if you don't want to be there just pretend.

Great experience taking a NYSE exam. Nice greeting, clean and quiet testing room. I was worried about taking my exam here after reading previous reviews for this testing center, however, I had a very pleasant experience! The instructions about finding the suite were easy to follow. The woman who greeted me and checked me in was very nice and professional. I locked my personal items in a locker and kept the key in my pocket during the test. I was able to take my water bottle in. They provide ear plugs for free if you want them, I would HIGHLY recommend taking a pair just incase because the computer keyboards are fairly loud. I was given a dry erase board and marker for notes. Will return for my other exams!

Woman who works on Saturdays at the Westbury location that is supposed to open the door has a major attitude problem. I went there to take a very important and very expensive certification test and all that I got out of it was a nasty attitude from that woman, a bad mood for me, and a horrible test-taking experience-distracted by her inconsiderateness. She could not fulfill any part of her JOB without speaking in a condescending, nasty, rude tone. Find someone better equipped to customer service and proper manners.

Took my cst here the other day. the woman working in the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made it very evident that she did not like her job, and made me feel uncomfortable. Before taking an expensive exam, I had to tolerate her rude behavior and snotty remarks. There is a new technological method used for check in, and I had to insert/rest my hand on some device. Instead of using the right verbiage to explain to me on how to proceed, she kept sighing loudly and giving attitude.

I had the rudest proctor. She did not say one word, just handed things to me and expected me to know how to fill them out. She gave me rude looks and was very unprofessional. They didn't check me like other testing centers and the boys next to me just talked while she sat on her fat ass. I would never go back. Lake Success is so much better!

The previous reviews are accurate. The proctor was angry and rude, and the computer are so out of date that the test questions don't properly display on the small screen.

They canceled!!! One hour before my test time. No phone call, just a simple email. As if I'm checking my email while driving. I decide to use another testing center. The reps thought I was calling from Houston, because of hurricane Harvey. The worst day ever!!!

They are NOT socially distancing themselves there. There were people to the left and right of me at the computer stations. Not 6 FT. My test was at 830AM and they didn't take out yesterday's garbage and the floors were dirty. The lady was 20 minutes late as well.
