Customer Reviews & Testimonials

It was brought to my attention that the institute sometimes do not have proper tools and materials, sometimes they do not have it available. So what is the tuition is for? All students need to request an itemized tuition statement. Get the breakdown for every cent. Do not attend. They take your money and come up with reason why you have to wait to take a class and push back your graduation date.

35K to have "hands on training" on a computer. Barely any tools, half the time youre just sitting there doing nothing for 4hrs. If these reviews still convince you to go there and waste your time and money, good luck..

I attended the electrical program from 1/23 to 10/23 and it was one of the best decisions I made in my life straight out of high school. The school at the time that I attended wasn't the best in terms of the staff and the materials on campus but nevertheless I prevailed. I struggled a lot in terms of focusing on school and keeping a studious attitude but I'm glad I committed to it. I was able to graduate with the highest grades in my class and the highest attendance and was able to land a very good job. Now, I struggled with my job search for 3 months after graduation. We live in NYC which is very populated city and there's lots of competition in terms of job search but you have to stay on top job searching no matter what. It's very important to try your best in Lincoln because employers really value an employee that has very good attendance. The career service team in Lincoln was going through a staff change while I was attending but my career service advisor at the time was Amira. Amira helped me a lot in my job search and was on top of constantly calling me and proposing jobs to me. I'm very grateful for her because even though I didn't always get called back by jobs I was able to practice my interviewing skills which helped me land the current job I have. Overall attending Lincoln Tech is a great decision if you really want to pursue the electrical trade and want to excel in your electrical knowledge. The queens campus specifically has great sources of information in terms of the teachers. The teachers that taught me a lot and I bothered with constant questions and they always helped me through and through is Mr.Primus and Mr.Lawrence. I've gone back to the school to talk to my teachers and I still bother them with questions and ask them advice in my career path till this day. The head of the career service department Ms.Young is doing a very great job with the new career service department staff and is on top of constantly reaching out to companies to acquire contracts to benefit the students. I'm from the Bronx so I don't come from the best background but I'm very confident in saying if you attend Lincoln Tech and actually have the drive and the passion to want to pursue something great you'll be in great hands.

Where do i even start... Feb 28th 2024 was my first day attending Lincoln tech when i first came in and met with Carmelo BOY did he sell me. The Electrical program sounded very hands on and a lot more hand on and interactive then the school actually is. When i signed up for the school I spoke to a rep over the phone to make sure i was even eligible for the school I found out i was and we agreed to a loan that would require me to start making payments 6 months AFTER graduating , from month one i was being harassed for payments somewhere along my time here i thought i fixed whatever problems i have but apparently they were still lingering long story short this is not a school you want to come to , to grow or actually have someone help you learn... this is a place you come and as long as you are in class you will 1000000000% pass your academics in this school have nothing to do with you moving on to the next part of the course. If you are someone looking to better your future I would stay away look at apex sure they have a lower rate but thats because its a real SCHOOL where they will hold you accountable... there is A LOT of fishy stuff going on at this school and im not sure how they are getting away with it. Currently the head we have to go to for any help is "Mr. Primus " ... this guy will literally listen to you walk away out the room without telling you where he is going or what hes going to do and walk back in 30 minutes later with little to no information.... currently my graduation date is feb 28th ive been trying to get attendance issue that the SCHOOL made a mistake on for MONTHS and still im 2 eeeks from graduation nothing has changed and none of my assignments are updated.... STAY AWAY FROM LINCOLN TECH!!!! <<>>

Make sure to have 35 k for automotive And 30k for electrical program this school will not let you move forward if u do not pay for each class it has crooked ways and they do not care about your financial situation if you do not pass your class u have to pay them again there are free ways to earn a trade in addition they fire there staff if they don't make the students sign off on financial aid quick enough it's a sad case because not only the staff but the students believe in this program and all they are out for is a quick buck from the admission department to the director all they want is a quick buck it's a scam

My Trade School was a great learning experience would only recommend to somebody who is SERIOUS about Automotive Repair & Diagnostics. With my diploma I've landed entry level positions as high as $30/Hr, if you attend you must take advantage of their career service department they are the best!! QGTM

I graduated from Lincoln Tech in 2017 and now I have gone back for a refresher course! My experience at Lincoln Tech was great! I received numerous scholarships and was very well known amongst the instructors and staff! As long as you do what is expected of you you will do great! I have read many negative reviews on here about the school and staff you get what you put in to it like anything else! What I really liked is that you're able to bring in your own vehicle and work on it! If you're serious about going in to the field then all you need to do is pay attention, work hard and get your hands dirty and you will succeed here! Know matter what you're always going to learn more in the field and that's with any school I don't care what anyone says that's the truth! This school gets you prepared for the field as well as your ASEs! If you're lucky enough you will have Mr. Lopez as one of your instructors he's extremely knowledgeable since he was in the field for many years before he became an instructor. He will tell you stories of exactly what takes place out there in the real world of automotive! If I didn't have a good experience I would not have asked to return for a refresher course and constantly visit! I'd just like to add that I'm still visiting and Mr. Lajoy has been answering a lot of my questions regarding the ASEs to bad he wasn't working there when I was a student!

I'm paying 30,000 in tuition to do hands on learning and they don't even have conduit for 5 days to do hands on learning
