Here's what we liked about our work with Queen City: (1) they make things easy for their clients; (2) even with Queen City's well-designed templates, stuff happens. When we encountered an inevitable conundrum, or if a link didn't work, or if some design element needed tweaking, Queen City responded with timely professionalism and patience. They created for us something we could never have done ourselves. We highly recommend them.

These guys are the best!!! They did an outstanding job at not only building my website, but also educating me on how it works and how to use it. They went above and beyond what they were tasked to do. These guys have provided continued support and I really appreciate all of their hard work. Queen City Web Design really exceeded my expectations!!!!!!!

Queen City did a nice job building my website and getting me up and rolling. After that everything went down hill. My site has gone down multiple times. Don't try calling them as there phone number just says your call can't be taken right now and then it hangs up on you. Emails to them have never been answered. There is no customer service. Pathetic!! I'll be going elsewhere.
