Matt reached out to me with a mock website and offered face time or zoom to meet face to face and go over what he could do to help grow my business and add this extra cherry I was missing. Matt started off great, created a website for me, assured me he would improve customer contact and if not after 3 months we would cancel the service and he promised i'd be able to take my website over to another host or keep it myself (however that works) over 6 months later, absolutely no results with promise after promise to add this service and that service and still no change, literally 1 customer came through. maybe that part isnt 100% his fault. However, when I cancelled he kept charging me, when i called him on it he claimed he meant to give me a free month due to poor performance, but that didnt happen. I had to email and text him over a few weeks to get the website transferred. when he finally did the transfer, it was a nightmare to set up with another site host company needing codes and ip addresses to get the site live again, but not the site i was told I would get back, just a domain with some sort of ads that likely benefit bluum alone. BEWARE!!!
