Town Square interactive prays on busy business owners that don't have the time to stay on top of the services that they are paying for but not receiving. I have canceled my account. This will be now the third time. When you cancel your account, you lose your website that you have paid to have built and it will have to completely be rebuilt and you will have to start over from scratch. When you cancel, they offer you credits discounted rates and talk a big game about how they're going to do all of these things for your Campaign. My last email thread, we made some changes a few months ago and my last email was never responded to nor were the changes that I requested made. The last time I renewed my account, they promised monthly Or quarterly reviews based on my availability. That has not happen one time in the over year and a half that I've been using them. To get you to pull out your Payment method and continue your account. They have endless promises that they don't guarantee. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Town Square interactive if you want to grow your business, Your online presence, Google ratings, etc. Hope this saves someone else the headache and loss on investment approximately 4000.00 a year for the services I pay for but do not receive. Overall great to work with. Clear plan was made to best represent my business online and grow our organic customers. In the first month with them now. Smooth transition from first contact to design team to campaign & tech management team. Great communication and looking forward to seeing our business stand out and thrive online. We are a small business with limited marketing budget but it made sense to swap from the company we were with to TownSquare. They pointed out some things that were lacking with our online presence that I don't have the time to figure out and manage myself. Thanks guys.

Joe Schreiner was an absolute delight to talk to today. He was very thorough and explaining all of the products and service services. Townsquare had to offer for my business. With all of the experience he has under his belt, he was able to communicate exactly how their company works, how they can benefit my business, and how user-friendly it truly was for not only me, but also my staff and customers as well. I was equally enamored with having the ability to make changes as we needed to to improve company awareness, marketing, campaigns, the automatic calendar, and providing automatic payments from my customers directly to my business. The added bonus of having their advertising agency that will help target my customers to my company is a huge relief and provides me all of the time I need to work on my business and not in my business. I just can't say enough about Townsquare. The platform I'm using through them has saved me so much time in my business and it's so much more professional. But what I love most is the customer service. They are so spot on and they really care about my business. They're always prompt to answer my emails or my calls and it doesn't take them long to make any changes I need. They also check in with me on a regular basis to let me know what they're doing how it's going and what they're tweaking To make it better I just love them I'm so glad I found them

Haven't worked with town square for very long but I've worked with 3 individuals so far and have launched a website for my small business. Bryce was my sales rep. Had effective and sincere conversation through the process, Emma was my onboarding rep, he was the same way. High level of professionalism from both individuals. Today I worked with Will to work of some edits before finalizing the website. Despite my petty errors, Will maintained the same level of professionalism and courtesy. As a small business, I ton dozens of martketing calls a week. I feel that town square and their reps are top notch and thus far, I'm very happy to be a customer. Will provide updates if anything changes.
