I feel very fortunate that my organization has signed on with NetFriends for IT support. I've had to place a few tickets and every representative who assisted me was 100% professional, knowledgeable, and KIND when offering assistance. If there is an issue the response time is very quick with knowledgeable people ready to help remedy the situation. We had a set of unfortunate things happen with a Windows update and within a very short time we had a team working on the issue.
