After using multiple web design and hosting companies for our website - we had nothing but continuous problems. Luckily, we found Masterpiece Web Designs from a social media recommendation. We called and spoke with Mary about our issues. She took the time to look at our website and fixed the issues that kept causing the website to crash. Her attitude, knowledge, and professionalism were exactly what we had been looking for in a business partner, so we switched our hosting over to them as well. Mary is an absolutely gem! I had a previous experience with creating a website while Mary worked for another company. The entire process was flawless due to her involvement. So when I decided to create my own company, my first thought was to have Mary help me with my website. Contacted Mary about a website for our self storage facility. Our software site was not getting much traction so we decided to upgrade since we are new. The folks at Masterpiece Web Designs set up our website & were easy to work with. No mystery or bait & switch deals like I found when I was researching web design companies. We have a small company & didn't need all the bells & whistles. They were ok with that & didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. (But they have the bells & whistles if you need them.) We have been very happy with their services.

I just had a website done by Masterpiece Web Designs. I got estimates from large national companies as well as other local web designers. I truly wanted to do business locally especially in these unprecented times due to the pandemic. Masterpiece wasn't the cheapest, defintely wasn't the most expensive but gave me what many companies don't any more. I got a sense of caring and support long after the website was completed. After going over exactly what I was trying to accomplish and outlining how it needed to work. I was told they could handle it, and they sure did. When I previewed the actual website I was truly blown away as to how it looked. When I actually got the opportunity to play with the website and review it first hand, I found a couple of minor items that needed to be tweaked. I emailed Mary at Masterpiece, and not only was it instantly corrected, but it came out better than expected again. I am not one who is impressed easily but I was by the entire process. I have launched the website but have not truly worked on marketing it yet, but I truly can't wait for everyone to see the great work done. what a GREAT job Masterpiece I was absolutely blown away by the final product.I look forward to a great ongoing working relationship with Masterpiece.
