I live at Rocky Mount Mills, and after several attempts, the issue could not be resolved remotely. Due to scheduling and the weekends, it took some time for them to get me back up and running. Due to the need to use my personal phone as a hotspot, and my services not working for a good part of the month - I only felt it fair to request a credit on my account. Without hesitation, they agreed to a credit. It was nice not to have to jump through hoops like you probably would have with other companies. O my goodness....this company is the best ever. Gigi and Carl are amazing. I work for a law firm and we did a move and I had to be the paralegal, IT person, run the office, etc..and I was about to pull my hair out..literally. Carl and Gigi - I really cannot say enough about this 2 or the entire crew. they made the process effortless on my part. After several years of inconsistent service from our current vendors, it just became time to replace our IT and phone communications systems and service. We reached out to Rick Alder and the Hosted America team to discuss our options. They reviewed our current set up, analyzed our bills and provided us all of our options so we could make the best decision possible for our company. We were able to reuse some of our existing equipment and they addressed our current and future needs by recommending services and features that are important to our business (call recording for record retention) and to compensate for the sporadic outages of our current Internet provider (business continuity) so that we can still answer and make calls during an outage. During the installation process they calmly worked through a litany of issues caused by the prior vendor to minimize our transition issues as much as possible. Since installation they have been responsive to our follow-up service requests on a timely basis. I'd recommend Rick and Hosted America to any business looking for a responsive and comprehensive one stop shop to address its IT and phone communications service needs.

We recently used Hosted America to upgrade our phone system. They were very professional in all aspects of the install. The staff worked with us to select the system that best fit our needs and then were prepared to install the system with very little interruption to our business.

I have been with them for years, and I wouldn't change it for the world. The customer service I receive from service techs, sales, all the way up to the administrative staff I have never experienced before. Working in IT for over 30 years, you learn to hang on to people that come through for you when you need it the most. I rely on them daily and have 28 customers I have using their services. With 19 of them being 24 hour state regulated service providers. We MUST have reliable service as well as well trained and prompt service when there is an outage. I don't know what I would do without them.

Hosted America did the install of our internet and was very knowledgeable as we tried to express our needs the best we knew how. Setup and Training on our system was very professional and any problems are handles promptly. We would strongly recommend Hosted America to any business looking for Telecommunication and IT services. I use Hosted America for my Phone tree system for my business and they have worked tirelessly to adapt this phone system to meet all my needs. They have always gone above and beyond to get the job done and I am very satisfied with their team!
