The Click Depot

Apologies for grammar but had to get this one off my chest. Wow yeah to the post above about click depot selling your data to spammers and scammers that I can confirm. I own an exterior house cleaning biz and it's it's been crickets for literally 6 months because they don't know how to do their job. Oh and Being a customer for over 5 years btw and Lookin at them as a great company until they started to having people work for them that clearly have no idea what they are doing. What an idiot I was thinkin I could trust them again. So Back in Nov last year they had the wrong email address linked to my website for the estimate requests that I missed out on for over 3 months.after talking with them about tryin to get the scammers and spam requested removed from my estimate request link that was my bread and butter to my website for customers to get hold of me was completely ruined. Lost tons of clients. By the way. Ruined my reputation, I politely Asked them to fix it months ago and they told me they did well well well. Months later and remember this nonsense started in Nov of 23 still going to this day. It's a damn good thing I do good work and have my regular clients that I appreciate and kept me afloat during this shizzz storm of a year that could've been completed avoided. Also I was thinkin it was slow biz time but nope they drop the ball on that. Didn't even send over the requests that were submitted and missed out on because they weren't being sent to me. I've paid these people a good amount of money. Trust me and been super patient. I call in with a complaint because well i mean how can you not.... I mean all I can do is complain at this point in time. And trust me they didn't get me rich been beans and rice over here. So yeah If your looking to get screwed over after years of biz and sell your data and I'm sure my customers data to scammers. Yeah look no further. Call the click depot. Yeah I didn't give you 500$ a month for like 3 years for you to sell my data.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Initially was in contact with Neil who claims to be the owner of the business. I was then told with the new website and the ad services that I could expect to see 5-10x the amount of customers I currently had. After almost a year of using Click Depot I have received 0 new customers. None. The project manager that was assigned to me, Heather, called me once and then never returned phone calls after that. I tried calling Neil twice in the fall and didn't get an answer either time. After 6 months of no contact from anybody at all from the company I assumed I had been tricked by a fake company and took responsibility for that. However today Neil decided to call me and say there was an issue with ad service billing. 6 months since last contact and I get a call trying to act like he had no idea what was going on with anything. Heather had apparently been let go because of things similar to my own situation and nobody decided to ever call to continue working with me in my own project. Would run as far away from Neil and this company as possible. They didn't do a single thing they promised they would do. Website still isn't complete. Still has bugs and errors. No customers have come in from website or Google ads. 0. None. Terribly managed company that lies to customers to get their money.

I've been working with Neal and his co-workers coming on 5 years now. I started my business about 6 years ago and decided to give this company a shot. Well they have yet to disappoint. They are responsive, understanding, and hard working. When I started with them my website was a mess. My Google ranking was really Bad and had a ton of errors on my site. They turned my whole site around in the matter of days and my phone started to ring off the hook. I couldn't be more happy with the service that click depot has offered me over the years and will continue to use them. Give theses guys a shot they will not disappoint.

I own a contracting firm and highly recommend Click Depot for your business. They care about their clients are pleasant to work with and have done a great job for me and my business. As a small business owner I know it's very hard to find an SEO company who you trust and will get you the results you desire. We went through three other SEO companies before settling with Click Depot. I highly recommend using them.

Beware - Click Depot will sell your company address and phone number to spammers so you get junk mail and endless solicitor calls. I get at least 4 phone calls a day from spammers because this company sold my information. EDITED TO ADD: The company had been overcharging our client for at least 10 years. I came in to resolve the issue because the company did not realize they were being taken advantage of. After many requests of data to be sent over detailing what was done on a monthly basis, one jumbled email was sent. It is confusing to me why no data reports were sent regularly to the client to justify the extreme cost charged on a monthly basis to run a static website. And yes, we did communicate with you via email. But instead of responding via email, you called incessantly. When terminating a contract, details need to be IN WRITING, not over the phone. I would not recommend working with them.

The click Depo has been handling my web page for almost 11 years now. I can say that they have done a great job of getting my business on the 1st page of Google and keeping me there. Any time I have had a problem they have fixed it quickly. I would tell anyone to use them.
