I have had this service for the entire football season. It's a nightmare and not worth a single dime. Football games are always in error and impossible to watch and when you report it, they give you this repeat-one line answer about being aware of the problem but never actually solving it. It has been so frustrating as no one ever apologized for it being so terrible and never once tried to retain me as a customer, I feel overtly abused and it's so ugly. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE... it's a nightmare and not worth the price... it wouldn't be worth it if it was free. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!
We always have to take our fire sticks in for updates. That's not the problem, but when we got home and reconnected them, they had deleted one of our programs. We immediately called back up there's and she said bring it back. We couldn't until the next day... They charged us to add it back on. Today after returning from shopping, suddenly we don't have access after watching tv all night. It's Saturday so we have to wait until Monday before we can watch TV. This business absolutely sucks! What can they do to improve? Learn some customer service and try a customer service dept when people have issues. In all fairness, they do have a customer service agency that handles issues. I finally heard back from them via email about two hours later and was up and running in no time. The person was very professional and helpful. Now the owner responded with "it can be solved literally in 2 min but we suck so have a good weekend."
Some expected streaming issues...but customer service at my local office is great! Best alternative to cable TV I have ever seen.
I'm getting to the point where I'm getting fed up with them....paying for something that's buffering then can't even email me back. What a joke
When you need to get in contact with someone for customer support it's hard to get people to respond to your request customer support is hard to get in contact with them for customer support
