Amazing work! I am a handyman, and a gamer on my off time. I use my computer for invoicing and several demanding games. When my computer blue screened I tried everything to no avail. I had all but given up and started using an old laptop, which was miserable for business and games. I figured maybe I could have someone look and see if my computer is salvageable. With a quick google search I found GRE TEK Systems and shot a text over. I got an immediate reply. My computer is now up and running better than ever! The service was affordable, fast, and easy! I would certainly recommend to anyone having issues with there hardware or software!

A month ago I believe My computer had a broken screen that I needed to get fixed for school and Glen was really helpful making sure my screen was fixed also went out of his way to do the updates for me because I haven't used my computer since the screen broke. Recently I thought my charger wasn't working and I thought maybe I had left it at glens office so I reached out and he even offered to see if he had a spare one for me to use! With a laptop breakdown on a Saturday, of a holiday weekend, hopes of quick recovery were slim, and there were matters of urgency that needed to be addressed. I did a search and found Glenn at Gre Tek Systems. By this time it was 1:00 on Saturday afternoon. To my utter amazement, Glenn asked what issues we were experiencing, then told me to bring the laptop by for him to evaluate. By 5:00pm that day... an hour past his closing time, we picked up a functioning laptop. I'm sure circumstance had a role, with Glenn's work allowing him flexibility, but Glenn could easily told us to drop the computer off and pick it up Monday or Tuesday. We felt that he took a personal interest in helping us, and he was very easy going and welcoming. I'd highly recommend Glenn, at Gre Tel Systems, and will certainly go back to him when we have another failure. And, inevitably, we will.

My laptop crashed. It was locked up where the screen wouldn't move. I had spent hours on chat with Microsoft to no avail. I called up Glenn, and brought the laptop over. It was a crashed Win 10 Pro OS and the hard drive had died. Glenn fixed it quickly, recovered most of my files, added a new gaming hard drive, and put the OS back. It's better and faster now than it's ever been. It's always a joy to work with people who know what they are doing. Glenn's the best!
