Just met Brian Tucker and Will Hodges this morning for a project that I need work done on. Both Brian and Will were professional and helpful with some tips. More than Likely I will be engaging Impact Media! This was in January 2024. Update 10/8/24. Brian Tucker, President of Impact Media Solutions, and I entered into a contract on 4/26/24. I allege Brian Tucker failed to fulfill the contract and I believe I have cause to seek a refund of prepaid monies through small claims court. Brian Tucker, refuses to comply with my requests to refund any prepaid money. Since Brian Tucker does not own real estate in either New Hanover, Brunswick or Pender County, it is of no value to take this to court now. Any judgement in my favor would only be enforceable by attaching a lien against property owned by Brian Tucker. The statute of limitations is for three years. I will wait.
