Sunny and the team at the Clever Robot saved our bacon! We are a small but fast-growing, non-profit organization that lost our original web developer/host due to a sudden illness. Sunny stepped in, took over the website hosting duties, and worked to figure out a website he did not create within a pretty short time frame. Did I mention that I didn't have the knowledge or the ability to so much as access/log in to the site?!?! Even more impressive, he did not ask for a deposit or charge us a dime until after he figured out how to access the site and was able to see enough of what was going on to move the site to The Clever Robot's servers. He did all of the updates that we were unable to do for months and came in WAY under his original estimate. Sunny's prices are incredibly reasonable and our account manager, Madeline proactively contacts us every month to ask what we need (and when I have no answer, makes suggestions for improvements/site updates). So I called Clever Robots needing some direction for a website we had built by another developer. I was running into some serious issues that has really kept our business from taking off. Without knowing me or asking for any form of payment, Sunny sacrificed quite a bit of time speaking with me over the phone. After we hung up he then invested even more of his time into investigating the issue by going into the backdoor of our site and looking around. Sunny then wrote me a very lengthy email letting me know the problem and gave me several options to fix the problem. Sunny gave me a very reasonable price and the amount of time it would take to resolve the issue.
