SRT tech was here to install a router! I didn't have to put rugs down for him to walk on. He had the booties to go over his wet and snowy boots. What an excellent way to assist the home owner. Tech was quick to install the router and yet took the time to walk thru the instructions with me. Totally satisfied with the service!! Thank you!!

Expect service as shady as a scam service, constant phone calls to emails about service upgrade whenever the current service sufficed. They've already attempted several instrusive approaches in our apartment complex to do upgrades to which has taken for a prolonged period.

Jami helped us set up our account and was incredibly kind. We really appreciate how quick and thorough she was! Great customer service and great pricing! Highly recommend!

horrible service. lady on the phone was condescending! I signed up for their extra "buy into the company" crap and now that I have moved, I have had trouble receiving my last check they owe me. They state the sent it out early August, it is the end of October, so they want me to call back to tell them I haven't received it. pathetic! I know when I take the time to call in nearly a week they will just say I have to wait till next checks are cut, another 90 days. Do Not Put Yourself Through The Headache. I hung up on the rude employee before I yelled at her, cause I have a better attitude:-) UPDATE: Company did not acknowledge the rude employee. The company wants me to call in a week to confirm I did not receive a check, THAT THEY CAN CANCEL, they say they sent over 80 days ago! Horrible company and worst customer service. I am willing to be They Did Not Send It, Nor Will They.

The guy didn't even hook up anything pertaining to what the gal and I talked about far as security systems. Not one damn thing except the internet not even a damn landline was hooked up and I don't care if it's old it's what I asked for and he didn't hook up none of it. I have weirdo fans who just pop up on me I have stalkers and so if I asked the company to hook up the security system then that's normally what would be expected but nope. Our safety is just as important as anyone else's but if they can make it can make it right then get over here I'm tired of being on edge always watching my back I'd like to leave my home n not worry about if someone came inside or not. If we're not as important as the other customers then alright I'll ask to have our service terminated immediately and we'll go ahead with some other company who'll take us more seriously. N God forbid something happens to us atleast it was on record that we tried to protect ourselves and our homes.

Laurie showed EXCELLENT customer service by expediting a week long wait to Same day service with emphasis on keeping a customer from going to the competitor. Providing a 3 month credit should I chose to wait to see if it can be done without a guarantee. Showed great professionalism & friendly service and following up multiple times to assure interest was kept. I will definitely be upgrading to a security package because of the information & service given during this 1st time experience with SRT. Thank You to a professional & quick installation as well. I hope the installer gets proper credit for his professional service as well!

My internet went down on a Sunday. Great service from Terry. He quickly came to my home and was very kind and knowledgeable. Very impressed!

We were changing POS systems. I found out pretty late in the game that I needed everything hardwired in. I had also moved the time table of set up from 2 months to 3 weeks (before I really realized what I needed to do). I absolutely needed CAT5 cable strung through our building (and quickly) for it to work. It was hard because I barely knew what I was asking for. Travis and team came out twice to plan for the techs and their success. He was so kind to me. He was worried about stringing it in a way that looked nice and didn't junk up the place. He assured me it could be done when I was really nervous about the timeline I had adopted! He told me to call if I needed any last minute help. We have been doing this for 4 years and we have worked with lots of folks. It has taken 4 years to stock pile a list of contractors who are exceptional and experiences have rarely been as awesome as this one! Kind. Easy. Planned and implemented to perfection. Great job to Travis and team! We are thankful for the expertise given and the implementation team who even vacuumed up their dust after their visit! An all around great experience with SRT, Travis, Joe? Jessica and team. Thank you!
