The service technicians Dan and Les were on time, polite, explained everything they were doing, made sure all of my questions were answered and I was up and running in no time! I'd also like to thank Mike, the salesman who stopped buy to introduce this service was available in my area and he set me up with an install date and time that fit my schedule. I work from home and rely on high speed dependable connection, let me tell you, the improved difference I am experiencing with my internet speed alone compared to my usual local company is unbelievable! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

The Kinetic technician was wonderful. Knowing we were dependent on our wifi, he came a day early, diagnosed the problem, set us up with a new modem in no time. Super competent person. A very pleasant fellow also.

Technician Dave responded to our home quickly, made sure to cover his work boots upon entering and was able to diagnose our issue and made the repair in a timely fashion. Dave was courteous and professional. This is the second time Dave has responded to our home to make repairs so he must be good because it's been 10 years since our last needed repair. The Kinetic technician I had (Ray) was VERY knowledgeable, personable and explained everything he was doing and why during the installation process and setting up my wireless system. If I had any questions or concerns he answered them to my satisfaction and put my mind at ease. He was very patient with me as I have not had any experience with wireless devices and streaming services except for my cell phone. I understand there's a learning curve when dealing with streaming TV and Ray did his best to help me get started. .

Nathan did an excellent job. He fixed my immediate problem (modem replacement) then went above and beyond fixing a secondary problem when he listened to me and realized my wifi was dropping unnecessarily . Thank you for the great service.
