excellent products. i bought a ZQ series enclosure for some outdoor lighting/string light stuff. weirdly enough this thing smelled 100x better than a new TV when i opened the box plan on drilling a couple holes in it to run some conduit. i did get the mounting inserts so i have a platform inside it to screw stuff onto. very satisfied with my purchase... i returned some VEVOR chinese junk i previously bought from the orange store. will be using polycase whenever i need a solid enclosure for anything.

Great experience with Polycase! Needed some boxes for a project but they were backordered on the size I needed :( but the amazing customer service team, especially Kelsey, took the time to not only find me alternatives but walked me through the similarities and differences of each option. Loved my boxes, loved the quality and their CSRs are wonderful!

Web site made it easy to find the enclosure to meet my specs. Technical data was thorough and answered all my questions. Machining, printing, and enclosure quality were top notch & fast!

What can I say about Polycase? They are a fantastic company to order from. All of the employees are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful with what your needs are. I personally must call out Stacey and Melissa for them both going above and beyond for two separate rush orders my company needed to get by the end of the week. These two ladies were both very accommodating and did everything in their power to meet my companies needs. They communicate very well and it was obvious they care about their customers. I would highly recommend Polycase just based on their employees and customer service alone. No matter who you talk to when you call you will definitely have a friendly voice waiting for you.

They have impressive products and ship same day! They even had cable glands and compatible pole mounting kits for the enclosures!!

Daddy must have retired or something because company is going downhill... they launched a new website and all order history is GONE from site. They do not reply to chat and sales team is slow to reply. Cannot get my head around how you could eliminate all order history and force all customers to open new web accounts with all online history lost. They must have hired the most mickey-mouse web designers in the state to do this "improved website". I don't really see any benefit with the new one - just that it seems to be a mutation, not an improvement because all of my order history is GONE! Didn't notice the email about not migrating any order history until it was too late. And then the person that wrote the email did not make it clear you had to open a brand new account - I mean can you believe they did not at least migrate login data? Nothing! Nada! Zilch! Unreal!! They could at least have let the old site run under a non-indexed new URL and allow customers to access old orders via a link. I give them a few years before they crater the company.

Their website is second to none for exchanging design concepts for customization of their standard products, including panel cutouts and printing directly onto enclosure surfaces. I had my quote and lead time on the spot, and they followed up with official Polycase drawings to approve for production within one business day of sending our P.O.
