The most inattentive and unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with. In October of 2024, I found an online article unknowingly published about me which contains false information. I contacted the author (twice before a response) via email in an attempt to "unpublish" that section of the article. She told me that she passed it onto the editor, who had passed it onto the publisher. After giving them ample time over the holiday months to remedy the issue, I contacted the author again in January 2025. I asked for the editor's email address so that I could contact him directly... she told me to go look it up. After a month of searching online and making phone calls to the editing department, leaving voicemails, and receiving no response, I finally found the editor in chief/publisher's email address. I reached out to him twice via email in February and received no response. At this point, I called multiple departments and left voicemails trying to reach out to anyone I could that could help me. Someone from HR finally referred me to an editor that gave me my first bit of helpful information. I was told to go through Advance Ohio's "Right To Be Forgotten" committee. I reached out to the committee via email on March 7 and I'm sure you can guess the result... no response. I indeed was forgotten/ignored and the false story remains online to this day. This is a very simple fix that requires minimal time and effort but it's turned into something ugly. I prefer to not write reviews like this but it seems that this may be the only way to get my point across or get any sort of response. All my email and phone exchanges have been documented for proof and this rating/review will remain the same until the article is unpublished.
