Flex Media has made our video experiences truly pop notch! As a cake pop business, capturing video is sometimes a struggle for us, but when we brought in Bill and team, they made it a piece of cake. Not only did they film our processes for cake popping, but they were also able to capture sweet moments from our first cake pop conference that we know will bring even more people in for next year! The Flex Media team is client-focused and really makes life easy for the customer. From the start of our relationship, Bill and his team have been responsive, professional and (no surprise) flexible to changes in the scope of our work. During a half day shoot, we requested an additional half day due to some shots running long and it took all of 30 seconds for the team to make arrangements to get all the shots required. Without that level of agility, we certainly would have lost some of the best footage of the day. The finished videos were exactly what we had in mind when we contracted them for the work. We have used Flex Media for video capture and post production and still photography.
