Rob was great! I have a PC that I built myself, which I use for day trading. Rob couldn't believe I wasn't a gamer... lol. My PC would freeze occasionally. About 2 -3 weeks before I brought my PC in, I had a phone consultation with Rob. That went well, and when I was ready, I brought my PC in. There was a 2-day turnaround for my PC repair. I had issues with a PCI port and RAM. He ran all the necessary tests on my PC and kept me informed on all details every step of the way. I was notified as soon as the ordered replacement parts were available and installed. My main issue was using 4 sticks of RAM and a malfunctioning GPU riser cable. I am now using two sticks of RAM, and Rob replaced the riser cable, which fixed all my hardware errors. Rob cleaned my PC, tightened connections and screws, updated firmware and BIOS and gave my PC back without damaging anything. It's hard to trust your PC build to anyone, but Rob treated everything with care. So far, it's been 4 days and not one issue. Rob is a professional! If I ever need to return or recommend a PC repair, I will return to or recommend Rob.

I have been wanting to build my own custom PC for about 5-6 years, I did some looking around and happened to stumble upon on point PC Repair on Google. I decided to walk into the store to talk to the owner Rob and talk to him about exactly what I was looking for. Rob was very enthusiastic and welcoming and at no point in working with him did I ever feel like I was rushed/talked down to/talked into anything. I had a 10/10 customer service experience and Rob helped build the PC of my dreams!! Truly fantastic job!

I took my mac book to Rob after attempting to download a newer OS on it and having it crash on me. Rob was honest about the process and additional costs if they were needed along the way. He got it fixed in a timely manner and when he said he would. I think the pricing was very fair and I was happy to support a local business. I would recommend him to anyone needed help with a computer problem. He also had some good advice for my husband regarding a refurbished computer and desktop setup for our home office. The entire process was very easy for me and I have my laptop back up and running better than before.

Absolutely amazing service and communication. He figured out what my issue was super fast. Checked out every inch of the computer, ran several tests just to make sure everything was all good. Kept me updated on EVERYTHING. Even figured out my rgb light settings for me for no extra cost. When I went to pick it up, he offered to open my car door for me which was amazing. I will absolutely be coming back here for ANY computer problems or builds I may have in the future

Rob was nothing short of professional, courteous and understanding in helping me (an amateur builder) finally fix my PC after running into multiple dead-ends myself. He kept me updated on the issues and progression during the fixes and had my PC completely repaired within 2 days. The owner Rob was willing to undertake a repair on my iMac that three competitors had turned down. He not only was willing to answer any questions and was very thorough, but he was extremely fast and responsive with updates along with photos as the job progressed and what to expect from everything. He was very up front and transparent with everything and he gained a repeat customer for sure. I highly recommend giving them a chance.
