Great overall experience. Needed some help with my Outlook going rouge and wanky. The company offered the option to pick up my laptop or I can drop it off. I dropped it off and spoke directly with the owner. He was very cordial and thorough, asking good questions so he can diagnose and create a solution. He had it ready for pickup the next day. More importantly, he was available after the service was completed and I had a couple questions a few days later. Nice to have that willingness to offer help even after he was paid. He's my go-to computer guy now for all things techie with my laptop and software needs. Thx!

Jason did a great job. Communicated with me the whole time on where we stood each day, what it would cost, and what he was doing next. Picked up my NAS box from my house and brought it back when he was done. Was way faster then I thought it might be. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone else needed some I.T. work done.
