Not worth the money. No 24 hour support. Terrible management side customer service, excellent people running the front. Reagan, Gary, Nathan and some of the other folks are top-notch. They don't make up for Richard, who is petty, unprofessional, and treats people poorly when he is upset. Sales experience was terrible, server wasn't what we needed, it was what they wanted to sell us. We couldn't maintain it ourselves, and the lack of cpanel or plesk was an oversight that I've been lamenting ever since. We discussed it during the sales consult, but allegedly approved the proposal sans control panel. The proposal they submitted to us after a meeting where they said we would have a control panel. You get the issue. We were ignorant. Star 1. We've had limited options and not a lot of budget to work with in terms of migrations. The oversight benefited Cybrhost. They charged for every provision and SSL install that we otherwise would have been and expected to be doing for free. They nickel and dimed us pretty hard for the duration. For all of the good the employees bring, they are only triage relief to what was a hostage situation from the get go. Stay away . Don't go. I'd give 4 stars to Gary, Nathan, Reagan, and the rest of the talented folks who work there, but that would give the impression that I think that someone should actually use this business.
