Gem City Digital

Went in with some bent pins on a port and asked if they were able to help. They helped me out and bent the pins back into place with no charge asking me to come back if there are still issues! Had a great overall first experience there and plan to come back if I experience any issues again.

I've been going to Gem City Digital for about 9 years for any issues with my devices, and they're great - super helpful. This past Friday night, I was having issues with my touch screen on my phone, and I noticed that they close at 2 on Saturdays (I had work until 3) and were closed on Sundays. I emailed them about the issue, asking if I could drop my phone off on my lunch break and pick it up after work, even though they closed at 2. My phone ended up working again after all, so I didn't need to bring it in, but they emailed me back offering that I could bring it in, and they would drop it off to me at work when it was done. I was so appreciative of the offer - they were willing to go above and beyond. The only issue I have is that the prices have gone up significantly over the years. If I were to have them replace the screen, it would have cost more than it would for me to just buy a new phone. That being said, they go above and beyond for customer service.

My phone decided to not turn on for me and I couldn't get it back on. Took my Pixel 8 Pro in for them to look at. They were able to get it back on within a few minutes! Friendly and helpful staff!

my family members are loyal customers of Gem City Digital and we love them. We got a great deal on a used ipad last week and my kids have bought several phones and laptops there. Just today I needed a new case for my iphone 12 and the owner gave a used case for free! We always come here first!

Got an estimate from them to fix my unresponsive phone, and at first a balked at the price. But then I realized, where talking about 1/5 the price of a new phone. In one day they had fixed it and I was able to get everything just like beforehand. Can I give 10 stars!?!?!

I brought my MacBook Pro here on a recommendation from my son. I had cracked my screen and he told me not to go to the Apple Store but to go to Gem City Digital. I am very happy that I did. The customer service was great. I was quoted a price and when I came in to pick up my repair, the price had been reduced. I don't know whether they were able to save on cost somewhere or what but it was nice to come in and receive savings when they could have just gone with the quoted price. I will definitely be coming back here rather than the Apple Store.

I took my MacBook Pro for a screen replacement, they said it would be done within 3-5 days for $300. A week later i called them they put me on hold for like 10 minutes and then he said the laptop will be available to be picked up at 4:30pm. I go to the store at 4:15, and i found that they installed a very low quality full of dents and scratches screen that wasn't even aligned properly with laptop when you put the screen down. I told him I'm not very happy with this screen then he said "yeah we decided to put this one for you because it's from apple, and we will lower the price for you to $250", and then he said "if you don't want the screen, you would have to pay me $50 dollars for diagnostic". What is this service? Next level dishonesty and scammers it's unbelievable.

My 2 year old phone needed a new battery and someone recommended Gem City Digital to me. They had the battery in stock and fixed my phone in one hour, and it costed less than I expected! Bringing my electronics here from now on!
