I am employed and have been for the last four years as an IT Services Manager for Deimling Jeliho Plastics, Inc., and I work with many partners. Initially, I received an email from Scott alerting me that we were running low on disk space on one of the many servers we host through Scott at Rubyhaus and Lion + Panda. Scott took the time to understand my business goals from the start. His recommendations for the hosting designs and strategies were spot on. I was particularly pleased with how Scott corresponded with me directly through email to add more storage space to our hosted server. In June, I worked with Scott on another project where he coordinated with my organization and another partner, Vision One, to set up a new server for our IQMS ERP/MRP environment. Scott from the Lion + Panda team was easy to communicate with and kept me informed. They were responsive to my feedback and made adjustments as needed. The results of the project have been positive. Our hosted server uptime is at an incredible 99.5%, and we've seen a noticeable improvement in our productivity. We started our concrete contracting business two years ago. The first thing we did was contract with Lion + Panda to create our web site and establish our social media presence along with designing a logo and other branding material. Lion + Panda did a fantastic job. They were great to work with and walked us through the entire process with lots of our personal input to create the very professional marketing plan and sales material. I would highly recommend Lion + Panda whether you are a new start up business or a long established business looking to enhance or rebuild your brand.

After over a year of trying L&P was unable to make the e-commerce site they had developed for us work. At the point where Phillip told me we would have to wait two weeks before he could even talk to me about the continuing problems, we made the decision to abandon their work and move on. We were forced to start over again with another developer. We had also engaged L&P to develop a web site for another of our projects. After an estimate of a July roll-out, the site was finally ready for a first try in September. Again, the work was inadequate and communication and customer service were nearly non-existent. Again we abandoned their work and moved on. Our experiences with L&P were complete wastes or our time and money. I do not recommend them to anyone.
