Prosen Consulting Team provides us phone and text services in two separate clinics. Our Doctor-owners started working with Prosen about 7 years ago and they continue to handle all of our office phone and text platform requirements. When each office switched to their platform for SMS from our previous vendors, Prosen made certain it took place smoothly with zero downtime, which is very important and not always the case when you port business numbers. We're now on the App for our Unite solution, and we like it. When any new needs come up, Prosen account team is expert, and they're very responsive. We've been able to grow in both offices while keeping cost-efficient, secure operations with their help! Over the years, they have innovated and supported us with such great speed and high service level, we think it's worthy of note. Five Stars.
