Hey Tom, I just wanted you to know, I am very happy with the work you did for me setting up the square space page for Speedbinders. I needed some way to have a full time salesman with out a lot of cost. Your suggestion for the website to be able to sell product was a good one as we are getting orders just 2 days after going live. I really like how you arranged the transition of the different components needed to complete a sale. From the "buy here" button, order, payment, tracking and shipping information to the importing of the order into quickbooks, it's all at my fingertips. This results in a seamless experience for the customers and myself. In addition, I'm glad you talked me into the simplistic website model. It makes it very clear for the customer to purchase. There exists a fine line between selling the product and making a site too convoluted. You hit it spot on! Anyone looking for a company to produce websites and website optimization would be hard pressed to find another company with this much competence, awesome communication and bang for the buck than Betterbuilt.
