We were so pleased with SkyNet and their customer service. We moved from suburbia into a rural setting and SkyNet was able to help us with our internet and satellite cable needs. From the first call to the follow-up after installation, SkyNet proved itself to be a great small business.

Craig from Skynet is very knowledgeable and has great customer service! We had a competitor out here in a VERY rural area and we were getting .5-1mbps on download and 0 upload even after trying different cells. Now that we had Skynet come out and set us up with the 4g service we have fast enough speeds to run several WiFi devices at the same time with no interruption. This is the best service we have ever had at home!

For rural internet there are VERY few options. Skynet was able to provide fixed wireless internet to our home. Not only that, any time we encountered issues, Craig went above-and-beyond to correct the issue or offer support!

5-Star service from a LOCAL service provider, folks that I know and that I can talk to. Craig, Mike, and crew are very responsive to calls and emails. And they are always working to upgrade service levels and speed to my rural location.

Hello I gave 5 stars because I am currently frustrated with Brightspeed. I'm in Champaign county on the Miami county line. Can anyone tell me if this service works in the Conover area? Super desperate over here.

Laughable and over priced for the smallest amount of internet. THANK GOODNESS i was able to find a better more reasonable deal through someone else. If you have money to waste and throw away. This is the place for you

I've never had wifi that went out more. They have decent customer service but if the wind is over 20 mph then you probably won't have wifi for the next 12 hours.
