Chris was referred to me by a trusted friend, to whom I am immensely grateful. He has been patient, helpful, and accessible. And he is clearly knowledgeable. He zeros in quickly on whatever the problem is, even when I'm not totally adept at describing it. Chris is efficient and very good at bringing me along to a better understanding of how to use my electronic devices safely. He doesn't just fix the problem, he helps me reach a higher level of functioning. Probably the best "geek" I've worked with in the almost 30 years I've been using computers. I could not be happier.

I can't say enough good things about Chris' computer skills. I have a small business and was forced to buy a new computer. He assisted me in selecting the most appropriate configuration and then once it arrived successfully transferred ALL of my files and folders from the old system to the new system. It would have taken me months of aggravation....he did it in one day. I was overwhelmed. He's enjoyable to talk with, and I would recommend his IT skills without qualification. He is great.

We had been dreading moving our old email server for years. We were anticipating problems and downtime. In our business we are completely dependent on email and any downtime would be catastrophic. Chris set our office up with office 365. He made the whole experience pain-free and so simple. Our users were up and running with the new email without any problems or delays. Our old email died two days after Chris got us moved over! He really saved us! He's an email hero!

This is the second, maybe the third time, Chris has come to rescue me. This time I presented him with a real puzzle. He wrestled with it over a much longer period than either of us thought likely. He was prompt, very professional and focused, candid, and informative. Unlike some folk from whom we have sought assistance, Chris was right on time. I cannot say enough about his patience and his persistence. First rate professional and eminently reasonable charge for his professional expertise. No hesitation suggesting him to others - which I will do.

Chris is the best. Not being tech savvy, I create problems on my computer without realizing what I am doing. Chris is always patient and very smart. He has never failed to solve my problem. He is a good teacher and explains, at least in general terms, what my problem was.

Chris checked our computers after scammers accessed them. I was able to make a same day appointment. He was very understanding about my stress over the situation. I am confident that our computers are free of malicious software now. He also gave advice about faster Wifi and backup tools.
