At First the Heart was there, but the follow through and completion was terrible. It has been 14 months since I signed on to have a web store built. It took 6-8 months to get the bones of the site done. To date (14 months in) we are about 95% done but still not complete. It is better than my original self built site but not worth the investment and time I had to put in to constantly "remind" them to finish.

When I was starting a new business, MadFish was referred to me by someone I trust. The experience from the beginning was more than I expected. Matt and his team got to know me and my business, then built a mobile friendly web solution that was just what I needed. Long and short. Amazing, just plain speechless. Lol. Well I'm never speechless. But if you don't wanna read the rest that sums up my experience with Matt, Milo and company. My journey lead me to MadFish and Matt about a year ago. My E-com site was a disaster from another company who just plain failed. And I mean miserably failed. I tried many times to find the right people to help me. My original website was only about my brick and mortar and was fine, but the company that did it didn't do ecom so I had to go searching, I found a company through references and was about to go when this same company paired with a vendor of mine. So I stopped and went through my vendor as I was assured it was the same people, it was and it was a disaster of epic portions. To say I was in a fully screwed on this venture would be 100% accurate. Once I got out of that program my search led me to MadFish. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. I was unsure whether I wanted to go ecom, Or another brick and mortar store. After vetting so many companies the first go around and other companies this go around. I was definitely frustrated. I got the opportunity to meet Matt in person. Randomly enough we were both in Vegas and were able to meet up. Talking on the phone with Matt and through video conferences was a great experience, his love for the e-commerce field website building and what he does shows a real passion for his work. He was definitely building my trust before our in person meeting, and after our in person meeting, it was on. To steal a phrase from my childhood, it was on like donkey, Kong! I signed up with Madfish and it's been a great experience. I would highly recommend these guys all day long to everybody who would like to succeed at what they're doing.
