The Rome YMCA has been on Thrive's platform for almost one year and I can't say enough good things about the platform and the Thrive team. From implementation, through training and now with support they have been a joy to work with. I had zero experience managing a website when we switch to Thrive and they have made the learning process easy and they always cheerfully answer questions and help me learn how to use the power of the site to accomplish whatever we are wanting to do with our site. Dominick Thumel typically picks up my support tickets when I request help . He is patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I work with their Tech Help department on a regular basis to address small glitches I experience with our website. Dominick is always on top of it! He anticipates my needs, providing screenshots, links, or videos to guide me on the changes/updates/processes I may need to do on my side to fix whatever issue I'm having. From direct things that they handle (updates on our website) to indirect help (apparently my cookies were causing a glitch that only I was experiencing), their tech support is amazing, quick, professional, and thorough.
