Vyve Broadband

Switched from Hughesnet to Vyve Cable and I can't believe the difference. Finally, I can look at my bank on my phone without turning the Internet off, like I had to with Hughesnet! Technician was helpful and knowledgeable.

I had to call VYVE's support center and inquire on a rather steep bill I recently received. I wished I remembered the guy's name but he managed to drastically lower my bill - by 18%, for the duration of 1 year! What a great deal The Vyve support center personnel was very courteous, friendly, and professional in handling my situation. BTW, I am also a loyal Vyve customer. Thanks, Vyve.

Shady billing, very long wait times on calls, awful customer support --- If you turn your rental equipment back in, make sure they remove it from your account and you aren't still being billed. I didn't realize the rental equipment hadn't been removed from my account after I returned it, and Vyve has been overcharging me for months. (Admittedly I should have looked at my statements more thoroughly, but they also should have removed that fee long ago.) When I asked for a refund or credit to my account, Vyve's response was "Per our Subscriber Agreement, we must be notified of any billing errors or other requests for refund within sixty (60) days of the date of the bill. After such date, the customer agrees to waive all disputes and claims."

Speed is definitely not the same as what your paying for + doesn't have great range around the house so if you get to far away from the router in the house it will completely disconnect. Good customer service but idk

I have had great success with Vyve. Every time I have called and ask anything they have got me fixed. Customer service is wonderful.

The service in our area is terrible to begin with, and our prices kept going up, so we canceled. 3 months later, I check our credit and we have a collection on it. Apparently, we owed Vyve for our modem. No big deal, except they NEVER mentioned paying for it or sending it back when we canceled, we never got another bill, never a phone call or an email. I am absolutely livid. We have never had a late payment in the 21 years of marriage, and this could have been resolved the day we called and canceled if they had just mentioned it or contacted us at any point in the time after. I ONLY found out that I owed them money because I periodically check Credit Karma. Shitty internet service and piss poor customer service. In McAlester, do yourself a favor and just get Starlink or Dobson Fiber.

Vyve broadband works well, and the installer technician very fast and informative. I recommend by fraud band to anyone.

I had 2 Vyve technicians come to my house today because my internet wasn't working. I received a phone call from the technician before he got here asking if it was okay to come a little early. When they arrived here , they were very courteous and friendly. They explained to me everything they were doing. I felt very comfortable with them here. They interacted with my dogs. I feel they went over and above their duties. When they were leaving they noticed a little problem at the pole. There was a wire that was exposed so they fixed it also. I would recommend Vyve to anybody that needs internet, cable or phone. Brenda Hawkins
