Wynn and Kyler were incredibly professional, competent, and resourceful when they did a recent internet installation for my husband and me. In addition, they were kind, courteous, and patient with technically challenged us, answering our many questions, thoroughly explaining everything, and generously sharing their vast wealth of knowledge. And what an improvement to our internet service! We could not be more delighted with Crowsnest and highly recommend.

Our tech was Wynn, Cool guy.. Super professional, quick to listen to our needs and offer suggestions. Got the internet service set up quickly and answered all of my questions. I can highly recommend this company and tech. You won't be disappointed.

In my opinion, Wynn, Sean, & Cole are "Keepers!" They arrived when they said they would, were courteous (to this old man), and acted very professionally throughout the process. It was a clean installation -- no need to clean up after them. When they finished they took the time to answer all of my questions. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who might have a question.

Zach was awesome! He came and installed our new satellite and router and answered all questions I had. He also checked to see if my parents were able to get internet access through them while he was here. I recommend Crowsnest to everyone!

Notified the conpany this morning there was an issue. Technician was there in less than an hour. Wynn was fast, efficient and fixed us up in no time! We've had their service for almost a year and cannot recommend this company enough!

Install was super easy and fast. I had the ceiling tiles out and a hole drilled ahead of time which made the install take less than an hour. Zach did a great job couldn't be happier.

The entire process from start to finish was nothing but professionalism and great customer service! Kyler came to our house and stepped us through how he will be installing the cables and looking for the best signal for our home internet. Once installation was finished, he stayed to ensure all of our TVs worked with the WiFi signal and also helped in setting up a home user name and password.
