I had a great experience with RCN thanks to technician Benjamin. He was professional, courteous, and had a truly positive attitude throughout the entire setup process. Despite some challenges locating my line, Benjamin stayed patient and determined, going above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly. His expertise and friendly demeanor made a potentially frustrating situation feel smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Benjamin, for your excellent service!

I just switched from Xfinity to Astound, and my experience so far has been less than desirable. First, I wasn't installed on my original installation date because the guy didn't have the right truck. Then, installed on Friday and my internet goes down on Sunday. And my TV is plugged in with an ethernet cable, but the speeds are so slow that I can't even stream the Phillies game. Web pages load slowly. The download speeds seem ok, but the upload speeds are incredibly low. I'm on their budget internet program for low income, and I swear this internet is so slow that it's comparable to dial-up at times. Xfinity may be a hassle to deal with and more expensive, but I wish I didnt switch to RCN/Astound.

John did a great job!! He updated our modem and router. Everything is working great. He took the time to show me the new hardware and walked me through a speed test. My Internet has never been faster and more reliable than it is now thanks to John!

We had issues with a TiVo box I had exchanged for a new one, and a contractor by the name of Jeff came out to our house last week, and was very helpful, not only fixing the problem, but walking us through the process. He had shoe covers put on as he walked in, very professional and courteous.
